Ok, so my brother downloaded Download 1.41 patch, im new to installing Battlefield 2 stuff. The reason i need it is so i can play this Mod with my dad and my brother. So, my problem is that its not a .exe file? I have no clue what to do with it.
Filename: BF2_Patch_1.41.41[1]

I think you need to change the .41 to .exe. if that doesnt work try changing the whole thing to .exe
