The processor is fast enough, Enough memory as well.
Im not sure about the graphic card though. You might not be able to run everything on High.
And the game has issues with Dual core processors. You can fix this by starting the game, then alt+tab out of it, go to the task menu to tasks, right click BF2.EXE go to affinity, and disable 1 core. (I had to do this too).

If you are not having problems with any new high graphic games then you will be fine.
