i play battlefield 2 alot, i have the spec ops mod downloaded and patch 1.41 and 1.50 downloaded but ever since i created my account i cannt get my bfhq to rank up, it says i have no playing time, kills, deaths, or anything, even though on the multiplayer severs i have been ranked up to staff sargent, gotten over 20 medals- including the basic sniper, purple heart, and many others, it still says i have no medals or anything, and it always says i have my guy logged in, even when he is logged out, i also keep getting kicked out of servers because punkbuster says i have :inadaquate o/s privlages - i think this has something to do with me not being able to rank up ----- plz help me i would appereciate any help - and if you play my names BLAYDZ and i play the mykonos server with wake island alotWhy wont my battlefield 2 account rank up??!!! PLZ HELP ME?
There are three reasons why you might not be able to rank up, one is the EA stats account is broken again, this happens a lot but is usually sorted in a day. The second is you have the wrong patches installed, maybe you downloaded a beta patch by accident, or you didn't patch with 1.41 after installing Special Forces (which installs/downgrades to patch 1.20). Three is your profile is corrupted on EA's stats server, this can't be fixed.
Check the version number on the login screen, if it is not 1.5.3153-802.0 (Version 1.50) then you have the wrong patches installed.
If the numbers are correct it might be best if you just re-install the game.
Make sure you are logged in to Windows as administrator.
Uninstall BF2 completely including profiles (make sure you know your login name and password).
Install BF2 %26gt; Install SF %26gt; Patch 1.41 (1.1.2965-797.0) %26gt; Patch 1.50 (1.5.3153-802.0).

Start the game, choose manage accounts, retrieve account, enter login name or email and password, setup your game options.
